Brenda

Die Pilotanlage BRENDA (Brennkammer mit Dampfkessel, Feuerungswärmeleistung 2,5 MW) ist eine, ursprünglich nach der 17. BImSchV genehmigte, abwasserfreie Verbrennungsanlage mit Drehrohrofen, Nachbrennkammer, Abhitzekessel und Rauchgasreinigung.  

In der Anlage können feste, flüssige, pastöse, staubförmige und gasförmige Brennstoffe bzw. Abfälle untersucht werden. Die Anlage ist zur Durchführung von Verbrennungsversuchen für Forschungszwecke konzipiert, voll bilanzierbar und bietet genügend Platz für den Aufbau von zusätzlichen Mess- und Versuchseinrichtungen.

- Rauchgasaustrittstemperatur: 800 - 1.200 °C - Lanze für brennbare/ nicht brennbare Flüssigkeiten
- Feststoffaufgabe: 250 kg/h bzw. 1 m³/h - Drehzahl: 0,1 - 3 U/min, Neigung: 0,5 - 3°

 

Nachbrennkammer:
- Thermische Leistung: 1,5 MW - Stütz-/ Anfahrbrenner: Heizöl und Erdgas
- Rauchgasaustrittstemperatur: max. 1.250 °C - Multifuel-Brenner: u.a. Kohle-/ Biomassestäube
- Rauchgas-Verweilzeit: 2,5 sec bei 1.200 °C - Rauchgas-Volumenstrom: max. 5.000 Nm³/h

 

Abhitzekessel:
- Thermische Leistung: 2,5 MW - Rauchgasaustrittstemperatur: ca. 300 °C
- Sattdampf: 40 bar - umfangreiche Rohgasanalytik (auch am DRO+NBK)

 

Abwasserfreie Rauchgasreinigung:
- mehrstufiges Trocken-/ Nass-Verfahren
(Sprühtrockner, Adsorbens-Flugstromreaktor Gewebefilter, Rauchgaswäsche, SCR-Denox)		 - Reingas unterhalb Grenzwerte 17.BImSchV
